2018 Annual Flower Show
Meet our Award winners for this year’s show!
The annual flower show for 2018 will be held in conjunction with Pioneer Heritage Day on Saturday November 10, 2018 from 9:00 A.M. till 3:00 P.M. The location will be at the Plant City 1914 High School Community Center; 605 N. Collins St. Plant City, Fl.33563.
This year’s show title is “An Old-Fashioned Thanksgiving”. We invite you to come, enjoy the activities of Pioneer Day and our exciting flower show.
As always both events are free to the public.
Strawberry Festival Horticulture Show
The Garden Club hosts the horticulture show each year at the Florida Strawberry Festival. The competition is open to all residents of Hillsborough County who are amateur growers. The plants are judged before the festival begins and remain on display the entire festival. Garden club members enter their plants as well as encourage others to enter their prize plants; help with plant check in; serve as clerks for judging; work as hosts during the 10 days of the festival.
There are restrictions so be sure to check the Florida Strawberry Festival Web Site.
- Plant check in is Tuesday February 26th from 5-8 PM and Wednesday February 27th from 9 AM-2 PM
- The Festival runs February 28 – March 10.

2018 Plant City Garden Club Annual Garden Fest
The 2018 Annual Garden Fest & More this year promises to be bigger and better.
The event will again be at the Plant City Train Depot and museum, 102 North Palmer St in beautiful Downtown Plant City.
Garden Fest will be held on September 22rd from 9:00 A.M. till 3:00 P.M. The event is free to the public and parking is also free. This is an event you will not want to miss with everything for your fall gardening needs; lots of plants, garden art and accessories all located at the train depot.
The Plant City Garden Club is currently taking vendor reservations for Garden Fest. Interested vendors do not wait to get your reservations in, as space is limited. Application forms can be found on the Plant City Garden Club’s web site .

Plant City Garden Club is planning its 10th annual Garden Fest & More on September 22nd from 9:00 A.M. till 3:00 P.M. It promises to be bigger and better than ever. The Garden Club will be featuring vendors with everything for your fall gardening needs from plants to garden art and accessories. All vendors will be located at the Train Depot and Museum.
